Brandon Brever, P.E. is Director of Engineering and Technology for the Colorado Asphalt Pavement Association. He works with local governments, consultants, CDOT, and industry partners across Colorado on asphalt pavement specifications, design, materials, construction, and technical coordination. His role includes supporting agencies and consultants with existing engineering specifications and helping advance the implementation of emerging research and pavement technologies to improve project delivery and pavement performance statewide.
