Slone Isselhard advises clients throughout the United States on complex transportation infrastructure development, regulatory compliance, and policy issues. Her experience includes guiding airport operators through the planning, procurement, and contracting of airport development projects (both P3 and bond-funded), leases, and concession agreements. In addition to her transactional work, Slone counsels airports on their relationships with federal security and enforcement agencies, including FAA, TSA, CBP, and ICE. She regularly advises on jurisdictional authority, operational coordination, and strategies for navigating conflicts between local priorities and federal mandates. Slone offers clients inside industry experience, having served as an attorney for the City of Chicago Department of Law, where she was exclusively retained to advise and represent the City on legal matters involving O’Hare and Midway International Airports.
